Use a broom or duster to knock down spider webs around home. These are often found under soffits, ceilings, porches or decks, around windows and doors, in crawlspaces, behind grills, behind AC units, etc. 

Once these webs are knocked down, use Scatter to spray the areas where these webs were knocked down to help control the actual spider(s). 

Keeping grass and grass clipping to a minimum around the foundation of the home will help signifanctly. 

Use Scatter to spray 3 ft up and 3 ft out around the foundation for crawling spiders. Also, pin stream the foundation around the home where grass meets the house. This area creates a small gap where insects like to hide. Where insects like to hide is where spiders prey. So getting ample product in that gap will cut down on spiders around the property. 

Use scatter around entry points where spiders may scurry right on in. These entry points include windows, doors, pet doors, etc. You can treat the junction of the baseboard and floor to help control spiders. This is the area that spiders will move most often. 

If you notice spiders in other areas, you can treat those with scatter as well. Remember that spiders often like areas where two surfaces meet like a corner. 

Treat in closets, utility rooms, under sinks, attics, crawlspaces, etc. 

If you have further concerns about spiders, you can place the insect monitor in hidden dark areas where you think the spiders may be. This will help in narrowing down their dwellings. 

Lastly, reduce clutter in the home. This will make it harder for spiders to thrive. 

For Brown Recluses, professional services would be recommended. Scatter pesticides will kill them but will not be enough to provide satisfactory results. (Trust us!)
